Hp Extended Warranty 
Quidlab Company Limited  would like to offer NBD (Next Business Day) standard warranty renewal service in the form of on-site repairs. At ( On-site service) for Hp products , you can choose to renew your warranty in 2 formats.

 

Type 1 : Extending warranty for computers that are still under warranty with Hp

 

Type 2 : Extending the warranty for the computer after the warranty period with Hp has (subject to the terms and conditions of HP 

 

On Site Service - Next Business Day - NBD)

          Customers can receive service by a Hp Care Center representative  at https://support.hp.com/th-en/contact  24 hours a day to schedule a service date and time for the next business day. The terms of the warranty will cover parts and equipment damaged from usage problems only. In the event that the damage is caused by the user violating the conditions, such as the device being dropped. It is outside the terms of service.

 

 

Checking the warranty period ( Check Warranty)

Customers can check the remaining warranty period from HP 's website at:  https://support.hp.com/th-en/contact

By specifying the Service Tag of the computer you want to check.

Steps for renewing insurance

1. Customer contacts staff To report interest in renewing insurance

In the case that the machine is out of warranty The customer would like to send information for confirmation according to the following methods: Link :  https://support.hp.com/th-en/contact

2. The staff will contact you back. and send the quotation within 2 business days

3. Customers transfer money to pay service fees. along with sending evidence confirming the money transfer to the officials

4. Within 7 working days after transferring money. Staff will contact you to confirm. and provide evidence of insurance renewal already completed

After renewing the warranty Customers can call for Onsite repair service  at the  Call Center number  by informing  the Sale Order number  to receive service.

 Note: You can check the warranty period on HP 's website approximately 2 weeks after receiving confirmation from officials.
